Fractional Leadership

Structure, process, and connection to deliver something new.

A Moment You Might Recognize

You have a vision—bold, exciting, and important. But you and your team are stretched thin with existing responsibilities.

The truly important is at risk of being swallowed by the merely urgent.

You need a partner to co-create the plan with you and your team—hold details, solve problems, and help folks stay motivated and moving forward as one.

Why This Matters

It’s a paradox many leaders face: The very plans and projects that shape an organization’s future often fall outside of day-to-day operations and therefore, lack clear ownership.

That’s where I come in. I create clarity, structure, process, and connection to support teams who are building something new—whether it’s a strategic direction, major product or service, or transformation.

I provide end-to-end solutions. Your vision becomes a shared, actionable plan. Teams stay in motion, the plan is achieved, and trust and culture become invaluable outcomes.

Ultimately, there’s nothing more rewarding than achieving success as a team.

  • And more

Why Me

It comes down to trust. Leaders need skilled partners who are deeply conscientious about their work and take full responsibility for what they own. I treat your organization like my own—attending equally to the project deliverables, the people, and the lasting impact Theory Y leaves on your organization.

As a master of participatory leadership, I help teams clarify goals, create plans, and move from idea to execution—while feeling seen, valued, and having fun along the way.

What exactly is fractional leadership?

Fractional leadership is the practice of engaging a part-time strategic leader to guide key initiatives without the full-time overhead. My experience allows me to step into the capacity of a COO, Chief of Staff, or Chief People Officer—roles that share common ground in strategy, operations, and culture, while each brings its own specialized knowledge.

What types of projects benefit from bringing you on?

Projects that require thought partnership, expert facilitation, or coordination across multiple teams and moving parts. Examples include strategic planning, change processes, interventions, and launches of new products, services, and systems.

How do clients work with you?

We usually begin on an hourly basis to clarify the scope of the project and design the right structure. Once the work is defined, we may shift to a deliverables-based fee or a monthly retainer for a set period of time, depending on what best serves the project.

What makes you unique?

I attend equally to the tangible deliverables of a project and the needs of the team delivering them. I model participatory leadership throughout the process.
