Before launching Theory Y, I served as Chief Operating Officer at Coherent Digital, an academic publishing startup I helped grow from its earliest days into a thriving company. From the beginning, I built operations and culture side by side. My ability to attend to both operational and human needs helped fuel the organizationʼs growth.
Throughout my career, I have been entrusted with highly sensitive matters, complex organizational challenges, and moments where discretion and sound judgment are critical. From M&A to crisis management, my work has consistently focused on de-escalating conflict, strengthening relationships within organizations, and helping teams turn ideas into actionable plans.
